Luke Heminger is an aspiring comic artist local to South Florida. Thematically, his work reflects upon the modern political divide, religion, culture, and their effects on each of us day after day. This isn’t to say that his work is all doom and gloom, however, as his non-painterly style is reminiscent of the vibrant inked linework of modern shounen action manga. He is currently developing his first “long running” comic series titled 52 Pick-Up, starting with a self contained “one-shot” titled Battle Hounds.
