I started this business in 2018. I always wanted a restaurant or something similar. As a kid, I would stand on the stool and help grandma cook. She is the best cook I know, “till this day”. I came up with the Loaded Hot Dog Idea. Using some of grandma’s recipes, like her mac and cheese, I came up with the idea to make unique delicious hotdogs loaded with gourmet homemade toppings, that can be even plant-based. Through hard work and perseverance, I have managed to operate a business that I love and have great passion for it.
